so here's little rose nymphadora weasley. she's a seventh year ravenclaw. she loves daisies and bunnies and strawberries, is small enough to look like a third year, has a gajillion super-protective cousins, and loves her friends and family with all her heart. some basic descriptive words about her personality might be loyal, docile, naive, sweet, intelligent, and a bit of a 'good girl,' but she also has a temper, is incredibly stubborn, and is even more insecure. in her family, she always got the feeling she was never able to live up to the standards he set for her. rose is scared of heights, thunder, and lots of other things. she's got this overdeveloped sense of righteousness and tries to be a hero all the time, which dreadfully fails in most cases. she used to love quidditch and played on the ravenclaw team in second year, but then she fell off her broom during a storm, had to spend the week in the hospital wing, and has been terrified of heights ever since. oh, and she's incredibly clumsy, and she absolutely loves to sing and write songs.

so rose needs the usual - friends, enemies, lovers, etc. etc. starting off with friends, she's not very good at making them because she's afraid of being rejected and wants everyone to like her, which is a seemingly impossible goal in her case, and she'll go great lengths of impress people who probably don't even care about her. also, half the time she's not a very good judge of character and tends to hang out with those who are not good for her without even knowing it, but she's working on this. so, for now, a few close friends would work, preferrably in either the same house or year. enemies are also a must. a lot of people probably wouldn't like her because she's halfblood, from a notorious blood-traitor family, and then there are those who wouldn't like her because she can't stand up for herself. she's also pretty impulsive, so at any given moment she could possibly do something to make someone dislike her without even knowing it. rose's naive 'believe the best in everyone' attitude can get her into a lot of trouble, and paired with her lack of judgment where people are concerned, she's an open target for bullies and probably wouldn't stand up for herself, which, although she hates about herself, she has not been able to do anything about it thus far. and then there are the lovers. the way i imagined it, rose wouldn't have had a boyfriend or even her first kiss yet, since she's not really one to flirt around or have flings, but if anyone has a really interesting plotline to alter this, i'm game. :3 really, though, she's a hopeless romantic, and she dreams of that fairytale ending where she'll live happily ever after with her prince on a white horse. when she falls in love, it'll be hard, fast, and near blindly. so that just leaves her with a lot of love and nowhere for it to go. also, keep in mind that, when she was fourteen, she was almost raped by some men in knockturn alley, and ever since then she's kind of had this fear of being touched by guys, so other than hugs and the occasional kiss, any guy trying to win her heart's gonna have to try harder to earn her trust. oh, and there's also her family - the many, many weasleys and potters out there, and i'll bet they'll get filled up in no time. :3 as for rose's relationship with them, we'll figure it out when these characters are created.
